What can I use my banked money on?

Your banked funds can be applied to most VOXY treatments, retail products, and services.
Are there contracts, hidden fees, or cancellation restrictions?

There are no hidden fees. The only requirement is a 6-month minimum enrollment. After that, you can cancel anytime and have 12 months to use any banked funds.
Can I switch tiers?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time to access more savings and perks. Downgrades are allowed once the 6-month minimum is met.
